Refund policy

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot ordinarily be returned after download. We therefore do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the files have been accessed.

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description or cannot be downloaded, contact us with the order details. We will replace the file or provide another remedy where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law.

Payments, receipts and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
