For order help, include the email address used at checkout, your order number, the product name and a short description of the problem. Please never send complete payment-card details.

Payments and downloads

Digital checkout, receipts and secure file delivery are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. If a download is missing or damaged, contact us first and we will help resolve it.

Approved refunds and payment corrections are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method where applicable.

Product questions

You can also write to us before buying if you need help choosing between A4 and US Letter, want to confirm tablet compatibility, or have a question about what a collection contains.
